A buddy of mine is looking to potentially purchase this 2002 Boxter:

Couple of question for you:

1)What do you think of the price?
2)Any problems he should be aware of for this Model/Year?
3)Any other thoughts you have.

you can get them cheaper, but this one has pretty low miles, so I don't think theat premium price is unachievable. 2002 is pretty safe, most mech. issues that I have read on being year specific are older years, pre-2000. I am not a fan of the silver-grey-grey combination. It really doesn't appear to have much options on it either to make it more interesting. If it was me, I would pass on it, due to the monochromatic look of the all grey everything and look for one with Black leather, or grey leather with a different color outside. also look for one with a litle more miles to have more negotiating power. but I am not buying it.
