How to open the top with no power

I just bought a fire damaged 2002 S , how do you open the top with no power.
Same with the engine bay?

If you get into the front trunk just put a jumper on the battery. If the wires are burned and you can't get in then there is a cable that runs off to the right side of the latch. If the top doesn't move at all there is a 19mm bolt on each side at the top transmissions. If you remove those bolts you can move the top as much as you want.
