for the trans fluid, i opted out of the $75/qt (no typo!!!!) Porsche fluid and went with the 99.9% equivalent toyota type IV for $6/qt. held up nicely over the past 110k miles.
and thread related, mine's sitting at 200k right now, only 100k more to go

I do most of my own maintenance and repairs. Dealer quote for 160K was $4000. They do a bunch of other stuff, but the drive-train fluids is the biggest part. I may do it myself, but it will be in a few months, I'm retired and no longer commuting, it only gets 3K-4K miles a year. On the other hand, it hasn't been to a dealer since the previous owner bought it as a CPO...about 80K miles ago. Might be good to get an expert's opinion on its overall needs. I plan to drive it until it (or I) dies.

That was an old picture where I was running 255 55 18 with black letters. I am now lifted with 2.6 inch spacers and I'm running on my 3rd set of tires at 265 65 18. No rubbing whatsoever and runs great.

I got the roof rack from ebay and bolted in 4 Hella Ff300 lights to it. The wiring is not permanent and I either run it all the way back to the rear tailgate or sometimes it goes down through the B pillar of the door. I still have not decided where to drill a hole and would probably use a marine grade disconnect plug. I cannot do it a la Transsyberia because of the sunroof.
