Default cayenne headlight repair

Cayenne headlights are very expensive, especially the Zenon headlights. There is a solution for the foggy lens by polishing but not the internals, as the wire coatings become brittle and flake off causing shorts. Here are a few pictures of us repairing the bad wiring saving HUNDREDS of dollars

Looks fun, actually! Do you guys repin them as well or cannibalize the old pins for use with the new wire?

Looks like a 955 light. Work on the 957 xenons?

So, how was the lens removed so cleanly to get access?

Nice work. Dr.914. I started this project myself a couple of years ago. After about 2 hours I tapped outand ordered a set of new OEM Xenons for my Turbo S because I didn't want to put all of that time and effort into my crappy old headlights. ZERO dollars saved but they sure look nice Also the new wires have thicker, black insulation.
