Default While you’re in there suggestions

My 2010 GTS PD3 is going to have the engine mounts and transmission mount replaced soon. I’ll be replacing the down pipes as well. Any suggestions as to what else should be done?

If you are pulling engine, replace every rubber hose at the back of the engine that you can't easily reach by hand. replace the alternator cooling hoses, replace the water pump, replace the thermostat. change out the rear and front main seals since you are in there. replace the torque convertor seal. make sure (if it applies to yours) to pin the cooling nipple on the water bridge on back. change the exhaust flex pipes (if you can do separately) as they will probably break when you drop the engine. you can get replacement cats from hong kong that are exact duplicates with the flex pipe for about $1000 for the pair (I did three years ago). have your turbo oil seals replaced or just get the turbos rebuilt and make them last another 100,000 miles.

You have a GTS, PLEASE NOTE, no need to pull the engine to replace the engine mounts, (only on Turbo is required) and your tranny mount is easily accessible.

I would swap the upstream O2 sensors for new.
