Default I'm interested, but how are you fooling the back O2 sensors?

Does the kit come with O2 simulators for the back oxygen sensors?

I ask because I think that without the cats the heated O2 guardbands will be exceeded causing a never ending series of DTCs in the ECM and a Engine Service light in the instrument cluster.

The rear O2 sensors are forward of the joint to the secondary cats

What kind of performance gains are we looking at? Is the sound more aggresive?

Talked with Joe at Fab about cat by pass pipes. My concern is the sound. The video on fabspeeds website is for a CS with both catbypasss and free flow mufflers. Anyone have a recording of a CS with just the cat bypass pipes.
