Cayenne Turbo S Finally Here!
After over 4 months of waiting, the Cayenne Turbo S I ordered finally came in yesterday. I have included some pictures at the bottom of this post. The color is absolutely amazing. So is the panoroof. I traded in my 2004 Turbo for it. The biggest difference I noticed right off was the car rides smoother with a more compliant suspension. Also the vibration in the steering wheel is nearly non existent, and the steering wheel feels much better connected to the car. There is also less of a delay for power delivery when you hit the accelerator. The car feels a little heavier, but that could be my imagination. I accelerated fast a few times to get a feel for the power. I have to say I am not really feeling any extra power yet. The car had 11 miles on it when I got it, so it might just need some breaking in and the computer probably needs to learn my driving habits. Also I didnt buy my 2004 brand new so it could have had an upgraded ECU for all I know. The brakes on the new Turbo S are much better as well. Overall I am very happy with the car and glad I made the transition.

Very nice! But I have to ask.......why does your turbo not have color matched body panels like the rest of the Cayenne's starting in 05???? Not sure I would be very happy with that. The color matched lower panels really finish off the look.

I used to think that, but now having seen enough of them I kinda like the black under look, especially with the SS skid plate on the front
Sweet ride , good luck with it.

Wow, what a very nice machine! Best of luck. Great pictures.
When reading the manuals, it probably states that it is acceptable to only park the vehicle in nice neighborhoods, like shown in the images.
That backup camera will be very handy for hooking up a trailer. My technique of hopping in and out is more exercise and therefore healthier.

So anybody have any answer as to what happened to the body panels. Peronsally I like them painted but I remember reading about the 2005 Cayenne that the body panels were now painted to match. WINGLESS....I am guessing you either ordered that option or the Turbo came with it in 04 before the V6 & S got iti in 05? Still don't understand why this new TTS would have unpainted panels.
Not a knock on 'em, just wondering why they aren't consistent with the rest of the lineup.
