If this trend continues, I anticipate a surge in forum participants. But I doubt they will own a Cayenne, or even have a driver's license. All I know is that there has been a lot of Twitter activity within a certain community.
It's only a matter of time until BTO lowers the boom.

For example from an innocent search, (And no, you can't search for "Do brushes really ruin your wig?") I found a thread from 2002 that contained these prophetic / still valid quotes:
I like the Cayenne,and plan to buy one. I come to this forum to get updated info,whats new. What I find is the same people making post after post of the same thing, Its ugly, I don't like the name..
Would you like John D to push the "reset" button for this forum so it has no posting history? Would you have us pretend that the Cayenne has been universally praised for its styling? What kind of inviting, soft pillow can be laid out to encourage people to make the posts you seem to be looking for before the C's actually seen in the flesh? Can't we talk about the thing ad nauseum, if we want to?
My beef with the entire new lineup of Porsche cars is this:

I have nothing personal against you, but please I cant stand to read another anti-Cayenne post from you. YOU HAVNT EVEN SEEN ONE..
Someday, hopefully soon Cayenne owners will control this site and ...Oh Joy... you can get rid of those detractors..
