Default CPO coverage question

Wondering if rear hatch struts are covered under my full coverage 2006 CPO?

They weren't on my '06 CPO but the coverage plan changed since I got mine. The way the service writer phrased his response to me I gathered that they were covered by the new plan. Might be mistaken though, ask your SW.

Why would they not be covered ? I don't remember that limitation.

What did Porsche eliminate ....the struts, balking transmission, flickering lights and the driveshaft?

Mine where replaced under the new warranty three time and they are failing again.

For the same reason the PCM is not covered I guess.

I'll spend a little time researching the new Porsche information -- was looking at a CPO Panamera last week. My 911 came with very little information -- I had to call corporate to get a booklet.

In my experience Jaguar has the best CPO program with Lexus close behind -- both covered everything except paint/trim/bulbs/belts and some wear items. I have had a few issues with MB regarding the program - Like the cars they make the program complex.

I just had mine replaced on an '06 CS under the CPO about a month ago.

Yes under the newer CPO. I believe the "new" CPO plans were issued after 1/09 but your service advisor should know the details.

They were covered on my 04 CS ,that has a CPO on it, last month. Not a problem with my dealer.

Might want to check a different dealer, or call PCNA directly. Sometime advisor are too lazy to check and just tell you it's not covered...
