2011 PCM 3.1 Nav update?
I see I can purchase a VIN-specific 3.1 Nav update from Suncoast, but they still say that "Dealer installation and activation required". I know it's possible to install the 2.* updates without the dealer - has anyone done it themselves on a 3.1 PCM?

Are you talking about Navi data update or PCM operating software update? If it is the later, the dealer can do it for you. I got mine done on my 2011 Panamera PCM and now I have the time display on the lower right corner.

I'm mainly interested in updating the Nav map data which seems to be about 3 years out of date. I think the update kit sold by Suncoast also includes a PCM upgrade.

Cayenne 2011 PCM nav update
dear i have the same problem, 2011 cayenne imported from dubai, the nav is from the middle east and now i want an update to europe. the garage said I have to replace the whole installation, can anyone help
