yes, definitely.
- the only strange thing is the primary cats are removed as they block the bell housing.

UPDATE: no need to remove the primary cats, my mechanic worked around it. The master clutch cylinder is the one to question the Porsche engineering again, being located cramped under the fuse box. Getting close to get it all sorted.

Would be helpful to list the part numbers for all the bits needed/recommended when complete. I’m rolling past 115k, original clutch still. No issues in my nearly 35k miles of ownership, but it’s a matter of when, and not if.
thanks

I don’t think any, as far as the main components, as GTS clutch is different then the clutch on the “Base V6” Cayennes.

130k on the original clutch? impressive. Speaks to the longevity of them with proper care and driving.

I am looking at a 958 Cayenne with a manual transmission and 136k miles. The clutch doesn't slip but I am expecting it will need to be replaced in the next 10-20k miles. When your shop replaced the clutch, did they have to remove the motor or was the transmission able to be removed without pulling the motor?

Obviously the 958 Cayenne is very different than the 955-957. There is basically no information on the if the transmission can be removed without the motor (on a 958) and I figured this may be similar.

You don’t remove the engine when removing tranny on ether model.
