As mentioned above the wood trim and the wood steering wheel had to be ordered separately. I've seen several Cayennes where the "wrong box" was checked when doing the order. The result is a steering wheel that didn't match. Usually two different woods. But it would also be easy to check the correct wood but the wrong color wheel.

Something you think the factory would catch, but I've seen several this way.

I actually paid attention today when in the car. I have more or less what is in the picture, however shifter is chestnut brown, not black on my car.

The steering wheel looks thicker than the normal one, maybe he replaced it with the thicker steering wheel people have been selling on the web? I remember seeing a post on it on one of the porsche forums.
