I just put 21 gallons in my new 2014 CD after 550 miles. Fuel gauge read 1/4 level, which sounds about right.

Tank capacity is 24 gal. So theoretically you should have been at 1/8. 550 gallons is reasonable though. Keep an eye on it.

Thanks for the posts. I couldn't remember if the total was 26.4 or 24.6. @ 26.4, a long trip will still require bladder stops before a tank fill, at least according to my lovely wife.

It would appear that my build has the updated fuel level software update as I didn't run into the issue Needsdecaf ran into.

No it hasn't, I don't know what BS info the sales rep had when he told me it was on a ship back on 11/26. The ship got to Davisville on Sunday, departed Monday, so it should be here this weekend or Monday hopefully.
