Default Help me with finding the right HVAC Fan motor resistor

My fan runs at low speed even I set it to max. I guess that I need to replace the fan regulator (or resistor). I found two different resistors.

and

I can only locate the blue one behind the glove box.
What's about the black resistor pack? Is it even the right part for my 2006 cayenne v6? If so, Where is it?

Is the bad resistor what makes the squeaky/chirpy sound when the heat is on?

It takes a few minutes for the fan to increase speed, as in when I first get into the car in the morning I'll try to get heating started by setting temp to 76 degrees, but the fans don't do anything for at least 3-4 minutes.

Sorry I don't know anything about the resistor...

The blue one (95557234102) is the only one I know of.
David, the chirping comes from the blower motor itself when it starts to go bad.
