Default GTS Rear wing on an 06S?

Does anyone know if a rear wing from an 08 GTS will bolt right on an 06S? I am wondering if the GTS top portion will bolt directly to the 06S Lower portion of the wing. I see that the double wing needs the newer bottom, does the regular wing also need newer lower portion? Thanks for any input.

Guess this has not been tried yet, I will let everyone know if it works if I decide to get the late model wing.

The wing is 2 pieces and from what I understand will not fit on the base of the existing wing. I chose to buy a aftermarket wings for both of mine.

No complete removal of it was needed.

There are some on ebay, I bought the one from China, it did need a decent amount of body shop work to get it perfect.

I can now confirm that the late model wing will bolt right onto the early model lower wing base. It fits fine and nice and snug with no issues. Because the wing is a little longer, you do need the rubber gaskets on the sides to finish it up. I just used some door gasket material for the time being until I get the Oem gaskets. The wing is not the bi-plane version, but still modernizes the car.

Seriously Kevin! Are you my brotha that I never met?

That looks nice! That is the wing that comes with the factory sport kit, that was on my Turbo as an Option.
