A second check: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/201...7V368-6172.PDF <- lists the VIN#'s it covered.. which appear to be for the Turbo:

Vehicle #12 doesn't make a lot of sense.. especially since it was in the VIN# range for Vehicle #11.

Lots of interesting reading at: https://www.nhtsa.gov/vehicle/2011/P...UV/AWD#recalls

Also - one other item quite common on 2011 model year turbo - excessive oil consumption (more than 1 liter in 1,000 miles is considered excessive, but really - one that is working correctly can go 5000 miles before needing a liter of oil..) See: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...51876-9608.pdf

Mine had this problem under the first owner. They added a liter of oil every 500 miles until the oil/air separator was replaced. Consumption immediately dropped to 1 liter/5,000 miles. Note that the excessive oil use can cause carbon to build up on the intake valves, causing poor running.

And if you have time and are bored - here are all the issues/communications/investigations for the 2011 Turbo: https://www.nhtsa.gov/vehicle/2011/P...Communications (10 pages..)

My VIN is WP1AC2A20BLA81346 and if I use the range it might not be included you think? I did check history and does not look it had the oil consumption problem from 1st owner. It has such low miles it did not visit the dealer as often. I will definitely look into the links sent. Thanks so much for the helpful information! I plan to make sure my CTT is up to date with every single record! So far love it love it!

Great! Your's is one of the very few cars covered under WC22.. question - where did the printout come from? Dealer?

BTW - see the oil separator was also replaced. Good on you!

Yup, dealer who serviced it last printed this out for me. I missed it the first time when I was browsing the records. Good to know it was handled. Thanks!

When you need DIY info - I'd suggest looking at: https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-diy-224/

And for the drains - specifically: https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-...clean-out.html
