Default Discbrake

Hi I am new here at rennlist
I bought a Cayenne S Diesel 2014 two years ago
, now it is time for new brake disks and pads.
When looking at different suppliers, there is a lot of different manufacturers.

I want a brand of good quality but I don't need racing performance just long life parts of good quality.

Anyone here at the forum who can give me tip what I should order?

Best regards Björn Widell

Since the rotors last a long time, I would be inclined to get them from the dealer.

Love to see pic of your Diesel S
We do not get them here in the States.

OP,

If you are satisfied with the braking you have, I recommend that you take a look at what you have. My guess yours is either Porsche or OEM supplier to Porsche. This is my preference and I went with Zimmerman coated rotors and Textar pads. New wear sensors (i drive them until the light comes on = 2mm pad remaining), rotor screws and caliper bolts.

I had just replaced the front and rear rotors/pads on my wife's 2015 Touareg TDI, the rears are both the same as the Cayenne Diesel and after a good talk with Geoff from: http://www.alretta.com/, he had advised that the Pagid pads and Brembo rotors are the same as OEM. He sells entire axle-kits, everything needed for the job, at a great price and as he is not far from where I live in MA, I drive to him to save the $$$ in shipping.

I just got a rear axle kit for my 2016 CD and will install it when the brake light goes on as I had the front brakes done last spring.
