Mine has developed a rattle. Any opinions on the most cost effective, best sounding replacement options?

Most cost effective will be to straight pipe it. I've got Fabspeeds exhaust for my 958.1 turbo and it sounds great but could be a little louder. Definitely a subtle rumble that never sounds overly aggressive. But if you're keeping your secondary cats on I bet a straight pipe from the axle back would sound fantastic.

Rattles can be fixed. Unless this is the master plan to get a custom exhaust. "That darn muffler is rattling honey, time for a new one" LOL.
