Hey Guys, this is my 5th Porsche but first Cayenne. It’s a 2016 with 31,000 miles on it.

I've had it 2 days and a few questions.

1) the door lock cap popped off. I’m afraid to pop it back on because it may fall off during driving. Anyone have this happen to you?

2) there is a thumping in the rear differential when accelerating from a stop. It stops after about 25 mph, but it’s loud. It didn’t happen during my test drive. I bought it at a used dealership but I have a lifetime warranty on the engine and drive train, so I’ll take it to Porsche on Monday.

The dealership I bought it from offered it but to be honest, I’m skeptical.

I do have it in writing. I also have a bumper to bumper warranty for 2 years
