PPI in Northern VA
Well, I called both Tyson's and Chantilly and neither will do a PPI on a Cayenne S that I am considering. Anyone have a few recommendations in the area? (Leesburg, Ashburn, etc.)
thanks!

Agree, Intersport in Ashburn is a great source for a PPI, they are very thorough but expensive. In fact they are so through they found a few maintenance items in my 2011 CTT that I wasn't aware which caused my potential buyer to back out of the deal we had. Since the buyer paid for the PPI it allowed me to fix and disclose the information to the next buyer.
I've found a fully optioned 2015 CTT that I'm probably going to purchase and will take it to Intersport for a PPI during my 7-day return without question option.

Gents, late to the party but have a similar question. I am on a waiting list for a 2025, but am seriously leaning on getting a previous model if I can’t spec the car the way I would like. If that is the case, I know I need a PPI in Northern Virginia and I was wondering about the process. It seems as if the consensus on this thread was that Intersport was a great place to go for the PPI. However, who would you go with if you were purchasing the vehicle from Intersport? I am assuming a PPI from the seller is a conflict of interest.
I understand the concept of a PPI — we did it for my wife’s car, but that was a simple Honda, so I wasn’t terribly concerned with the thoroughness. However, a 15-year old Porsche is another story. If the car is at Intersport, how does one get the PPI done? Does Intersport put it on their lift and let the inspector look at it? How would he cut the filter from there? Do they allow me to take it to someone before the purchase or is there always a 7-day grace period and it is post purchase inspection?
