Battery Change - Problems
2014 CTTS - just completed a battery change - Battery was OK but the stop/start function was intermittent - original Varta battery January 2014.
Fitted the new Bosch S6 battery - pretty easy to do and kept constant power with a charge on the jump posts under the hood.
Well the battery fixed the stop/start function but left me with 3 codes.
1) PDCC Fault
2) Headlight Control Fault
3) Chassis System Fault
I have a Durametric and a Icarsoft V3.0 and neither has any effect after erasing codes.
Any thoughts please before I head to the dealer?

hmm. I'd likely disconnect the battery, without any external power source attached for about 30 minutes and reattach to see if anything goes away.
Also, have you driven it at all? Some messages clear after a few miles. Never had this problem though.

With a lot of help from a Porsche tech we deduced the common denominator for the failures was the PASM control unit. The other faults were a result of an issue with the PASM controller in the right rear of the trunk.
Initial check of the fuse in the right side fuse panel was good. We disconnected the PASM controller and reconnected it.
PWIS was then able to communicate with PSAM and the error codes were erased.
Life is good again.

hey Roger.............were there no codes prior to swapping the battery?
how much power was connected when the old battery was removed? i only ask as when we changed the battery on our 09 CGTS it had lost all power and had the wiring issue under the drivers seat carpet.
