I've owned my '15 Cayenne S for exactly two years and just got $200 in the mail from Porsche. It went to help fund two new rear tires...one had an unrepairable leak, and I figured I'd rather have two matching new ones on a single axle. The other used tire went on a fifth RS Spyder wheel I had sitting in the basement, will rotate that through the set each changeover.

I just checked to see if I sent in the claim and I did and it was received on 9/26/22. It does say on the claim website that “UPDATE: Payments are now being sent on a rolling basis and are anticipated to be completed by August 2023”. So I guess I just need to wait for it.
