You will probably have to search the exploded view at a dealers website. My piece is broken. I am tall and kick it every time I get out of my car. I tried super glue but it didn't last. I'm not missing the inner piece like you. My outer piece is the part that is broken.
It's item #12 (second 12, keep scrolling) on this page. You will have to go down the list and pick a color though as it looks like you're Luxor and I can't find that color. I think you'll have to get the beige.
