Default 2010 Cayenne 958 dip mirrors when reversing

Hi, just wondering if it is possible to add the feature of the passenger (or both) wing/side mirror to automatically dip when reverse is selected.

My car does not have the memory pack, but it does have electric adjust, heated and folding wing mirrors.
PCM menu has no reversing mirror options in the "light & visibility" or any other category.
Is it something that can be enabled or a module added?

Car has a PCM 3.1 system version V2.40, I would be happy to upgrade/replace this if needs be

Thank you

Turn the mirror adjustment switch to the passenger side. It will then lower when you place the vehicle in reverse. There is none for the driver's side.

Thank you for replying. So is this a standard feature for the whole 958 range?
Can you or anyone confirm that this should happens on their Cayenne (model without memory pack)

@RAudi Driver answered your question. Wouldn’t it be easier for you to simply try their suggestion than asking others to opine on the subject?

I tried it as soon as I saw the reply, no joy, hence my further question.
My mirror doesn't auto tilt when reverse is selected even with the mirror selector on left (right doesn't do it either)
The white reverse light illuminates so I believe the gear switch is fine.
My question is, do all Cayenne 958s automatically tilt the side mirror in reverse as mine does not

Where are you located. Is you car a left or right hand side drive car.

There is also settings for this feature in the settings menu. Have you toggled through the user settings with your steering wheel controls?

Also, to answer your question, I would think this feature would be on every Cayenne, even low base model as it's just a mirror switch.

Can confirm it's controlled via a setting, no mirror selection needed.

Not a standard feature in 2010/2011/2013, etc, only with extra memory pack.

Thanks guys. Its a UK car.
Have a look at the picture attached. I am missing some options in the light and visibility menu.
As you say afriedrich this must be a feature activated by the memory pack and not worth pursuing any further.

This is the page of the menu from my owner's manual. Looks like yours doesn't have the "Revers. opt." item (which you already knew of course). Thought this was standard but I guess not.
