Just realized that I forgot to check off HUD on my 2024 TGT, which is already on its way. Pretty upset with myself, hopefully does not ruin the ownership experience.

Anyone else not order HUD on their TGT without regret?

HUD is a must have option for me. I've ordered it on my last 3 vehicles and enjoy using it very much.

Wife's GTS has the HUD. I find myself always looking at the gauges anyway. It is too easy to just look past the HUD when looking through the windshield.

My cayenne has HUD and kind of surprised I don’t really look into it. I prefer to look at the tachometer than the HUD on the cayenne. However, I do use HUD quite a lot on other vehicles and it’s a must have if the option is available.

with polarized sunglasses, I cannot even see the display on the HUD.

I didn't order the HUD because the reflection from the hole in the dashboard onto the windshield annoys me, and at night the HUD is just annoying because you can already see so many lights anyway. With the new display behind the steering wheel, you really don't have to regret it.

But the question I have is, how do you go through the configurator so that you forget an option?

Personally I think it's a must have. I can't imagine spending that much and not having it.

Don’t sweat not having it. The ultimate joy in the Turbo GT is the way it looks, sounds, feels and performs, not some incidental like hud.

I have had cars with HUD and most without and find I dont miss it at all.
