+1 - i put my stock '24 CGT wheels on my wife's '20 coupe. looks great and superior ride quality! & swapped my old vossen's onto the new CGT with winters

Anyone that's had the first gen turbo GT and now has a '24 GT...can you give some pros/cons? Trying to decide between the two. I would rather pick up a 22/23 that's already had the majority of depreciation already knocked out, but if the newer gen is worth it in terms of changes, then I'll go for that. I wish I had some near me to try out but I don't. Thanks!

Sell the Macan Turbo PP for a TGT?

I love my Macan. I love the smaller size, I love that it drives more like a sport sedan than a CUV, I love the PDK.
My SA planted the TGT seed and now I'm starting to give it serious thought.
There is no reason to sell the Macan other than it is a 2017 and things may start to come up soon. Then again, it only has 38k mi.
I appreciate how 911s have managed to stay relatively light. The Macan is not bad at 4,300 lbs. but the Cayenne is 5k lbs.
I'm concerned that I'll miss the PDK, that the car will feel too big, too heavy and too much like an SUV.
I haven't driven one and won't get a chance to.

I'd appreciate hearing from TGT owners with decent seat time in a Macan Turbo or newer GTS.

I think its the dash upgrade and maybe a few minor tweaks!

I had a Macan Turbo similar to yours and it's a huge huge upgrade. they don't even drive the same or feel the same, its going to be much firmer than what you have so you have to be ok with that and there is a lot more space. it will handle heavy but very tight at the same time, the macon was much softer. and the engine differences are night and day. the turbo was fast and smooth, this will be more raucous and with a lot more grunt.

just based on the reviews it sounded like the mild upgrade except for the suspension probably being the most notable. Wasn't worth losing an analog tach and actual shift lever for me..

I think many would prefer the older interior, but the new exterior looks much better. Performance wise, the difference is marginal and honestly both are overkill for a street car (SUV).

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. My Macan is modified and a step toward the TGT but I realize it's a night and day difference with the TGT.
Is the suspension adjustable? I will be using it in rough roads and prefer the normal (softer) setting in the Macan in things like cobble stone or bad roads.

In addition to changes in the interior and exterior cosmetics, the new Cayenne GT also has a completely different 2-chamber suspension and, as a result, different tire sizes. The Turbo e-hybrid now also has a modified engine with mono-scroll instead of twin-scroll turbochargers. I don't know if this modification also applies to the GT engine, but it would seem logical to me to improve the engine in this model as well.
