Default Tire Cleaner for use with ceramic coats wheels

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tire cleaner to use with ceramic coated wheels (I want to make sure that the run off from the tire cleaner doesn’t harm the wheels)? Thanks very much.

BrakeBuster from P&S Products.

Tire Cleaner (and Wheel Cleaner on the wheels) from Armour Detail Supply.

I use both and all my wheels are ceramic coated.

Any decent car shampoo would work as well, you just might have to scrub a little harder.

Gyeon Q2M Tire Cleaner

No affiliation. Safe for ceramic coated wheels. Google it

You should be pretty safe using most products. I honestly just use car soap most of the time, obviously, if they are really grimy you may need something stronger. The new Optimum Tire Cleaner is great. I use Opti-Coat so I am biased but I ordered a small bottle and it worked well so I ordered the gallons. Anything suggested here should work fine.

I spray my ceramic coated wheel and barrels , along with brake calipers with P21 wheel cleaning gel, works great after many years and the coating has held fine

I’ll have to give the Gyeon a try.

I’ve been using Griots Rubber Prep for the past 10 years now to remove everything off the sidewall when prepping for concours. You can actually swipe your fingers across the surface and it will be completely clean.
