Absolutely stunning! and by far the best looking interior I have seen so far in a 993 I hope you don't regret selling it. I wish I could afford it. Best of luck. P.S. Who sells the wonderful steering wheels which you installed?

I would say he'll be lucky to get something in the low 40s if that.
Just my opinion.

Opinion taken, I guess for the right buyer, like myself if I had the cash. To each his own I guess.

This is one of my favorite cars in all of rennlist as well! The best looking 993 turbo I've seen! And I don't even like black cars that much!
As far as the aftermarket stuff, it does narrow your "customer base" somewhat, but it's all very tastefully done. I personally hate the wheels, love the interior, so that gives you an idea how it's a "love-it-or-hate-it" type of car.
Good luck with the sale. The market sucks the big one right now.

That is kind of an apples to oranges comparison, the 997 on Ebay is just a regular C2, not a turbo. The 993 is the last of the air cooled and the right buyers are paying a premium. The key is finding the right person that can appreciate one of these cars
There is a 1997 Turbo on Ebay, not nearly as nice, same mileage with a BIN of $63900.

A 996 is not exactly new. Try a typical 2009 997.2 that sells for less: LINK
Like I said, good luck with the sale. If he can get that more power to him.

Well I may be seen as a biased voice here but since I have cared for this 993 and also driven and also had many "lookers" ogle it when its in my shop I can say that it's a attention grabber and I have not had one negative comment on it, even from the Ferrari fan boys that come in our shop who usually dislike Porsche.
I even had one Ferrari owner say...."Finally, a Porsche I would buy"
The 993 has a certain mystique to it. It's the Porsche I believe every Porsche owner desires, whether it's an open desire or a secret one......but the 993 is it. This particular 993 is just sexy, sure it has aftermarket goodies that many purists may frown upon but it's not like Mike is trying to pass it off as "original".
Porsche can get away with these extra goodies but a Ferrari can't. It would destroy a Ferrari in terms of desire but not so for Porsche. In regards to Porsche, if done in the correct way it, IMHO, makes the car more unique and desirable for that type of market.
