After years of using a sticky-tape lint roller and being a little disappointed with the performance and fact that it seems to pull off a little color on every pass, I bought one of these old school lint brushes on Amazon. I must say that it just works better in every regard. One of my favorite $4 purchases. Top has never looked cleaner.

I have never once observed any color removal using a lint roller, what kind of rollers were you using?

Just simple 3M roller -- very sticky. Regardless, I just found the lint brush much more effective overall.
