Default February South Florida Fun Run

So, Clewiston or Chokoloskee? BBQ or Stone Crabs? As Bill O'Reilly says, "What say you?"

We can shoot for February 24 (Saturday). We can follow how Rico set up the Key Largo run - A meeting site in Dade County and one in Broward. Now all we need to do is pick a place.

BBQ sounds fine with me...just as long as we don't get as crazy as last time...I'm still deleting pictures off the camera!

Aww...I was really hoping to make the next run with the new car but I'm going to be out of town that weekend. I'll still vote for BBQ anyway!

Clewiston. Unfortunately, my 911 can't run that far with you "Big Dogs" yet...still ironing out the gremlins. If all goes well, however (assuming I'm allowed to tag along with an Italian), I may be joining you in this...

Default Big Cypress drive.....

Bill,

Not to hijack your thread, however Walter, who does not have access to this forum asked me to post this drive he is planning. I'm posting it here because he has planned it for Feb.24 also.
If anyone has any questions about this or to RSVP, contact him direct.
His email is below.
---------------------------------------------------------

Guys, The plan to go the last weekend of February; Saturday the 24th, over to the Seminole reservation, is going very well, so far we have 5 cars...
This place is about 50 miles going north"west" on I-75,There is a large parking
area a nice site and a very accommodating restaurant.
RSVP to account for how many people and cars are coming.
It would be a very nice drive, slow due to a large presence of "law enforcement" but fun nevertheless...
Please let other friends and lists know about it so that we can gather a large group.

Hope to see you all soon.
Walter, gray 911 turbo.
email: wanor1@juno.com

PS.Lets get together at the gas satation on the NE corner of Flamingo Rd
and I-595 at 9:30 AM to leave at 10:00 AM

I'm ok with Rico's revision - it'd make for a more interesting drive. Mark me down for this verion of the drive (with Sandy the Werewife in attendance.)

Walter visited there 2 weeks ago.

He said there is quite a bit to do:
good resturaunt, zoo, museum, airboat rides, everlglades 4x4 bus tour....

I will find out the who the others are that are going and post here.
So far sounds like 9 p-cars.

Heres a couple of websites for more info:
