Default Philly PCA? Calling all from PA/Philly

So i'm moving to Philadelphia this summer. Anyone here belong to the Philly PCA or know of C&C events or anthing fun that's car related in the area? I found http://www.rtr-pca.org/ so I assume i'll join them as I'm no longer going to be part of the NNJPCA.

Out in central NJ there was the NNJPCA which was great, also tons of cars and coffee events.

Also I already looked up Main Line Porsche and Conshohoken, The Porsche Specialist, Cherry Hill, so recommendations for a place to have work done would be great.

Also if there is anyone from philly here say hello as it would be great to know some locals and enjoy some Porsche outings!

I'm moving back to Philly this summer as well! I'd love to get recommendations for the above, especially since the 2 year service on my Cayman is coming up!

Welcome to the area. Here is a C&C in my neck of the woods.

Default don't miss PCA Hershey next April!

Be sure to check out the PCA Hershey swap meet, concour d'elegance, and Porsche car corral, autocross, and Porsche parking lot (usually over 1,000 Porsche cars). Its every April in Hershey, PA, about 1:15 hours drive west from Philly. Here is a link:

http://www.cpa-pca.org/events/2017/4-17/swap/index.html

I've attended the last 5 years in a row. It was overcast, cool, and drizzling and there were still over 500 cars there.

Porsche of Warrington is also a heavily enthusiast-centric dealership. Where in the area will you be settling in?

I'm initially moving to Center City, but may move out to the Main Line over the next few years depending on a few things. I'd like to set up a longer-term relationship with either PotM or potentially Warrington to maximize my chances of getting a GT car at some point with no/minimal markup. Are any of the dealers better for this dream?

Jared - just picked up your thread; welcome to Philly! I'd echo the recommendation for the C&C on Saturday in West Chester -- draws 50+ sports cars on nice days, good enthusiast crowd. PM me - let's get the red 997TT's together!

Default GT3 in Rittenhouse?

There's a blue PDK GT3 with red gauges currently parked next door to me at 1820 Rittenhouse Square. NJ plates.

Anyone on RL? If so, hit me up and we can do beers on my deck and enjoy views of your ride.

Don't know how I missed this thread... I work in Philly and live in South Jersey ... Welcome Jared. Folks have given you the main Philly-and-points-west stuff. If you feel like coming to S. Jersey, the Mt. Laurel C&C (High Octane) is decent, and there are some nice road trips in the area...

Good luck with the move. Maybe we'll run into you sometime.
