Default 996 GT3 steering wheel with airbag black $1250

This is the optional thicker spoke steering wheel. It was removed from a 2004 GT3 and is in essentially new condition. Includes the airbag.

$1250 includes shipping to anywhere in the lower 48.

Good to know. Since you are being so helpful, don't forgot to tell the other seller with one on Rennlst (without the airbag) for $800

No reason to comment on the price. If it is a good price it will sell quickly.

What's the diameter of the wheel? Any idea if the wheel can be used with hub extenders (say 1" or so)?

14.5" diameter. Not certain on the spacers, but I can't see why not. If the spacers are designed to work with oem wheels then they will work with this one.

What does the "SC" imprint shown in the 3rd pic refer to?

Good question, don't know the answer. Its imprinted on the back of the middle or lower spoke of the wheel towards the bottom. Its roughly 3/8" wide.

Any chance it was recovered at some point?

No sir... this wheel is exactly as it was delivered new on the '04 GT3. I knew that already, but I just double-confirmed that with my friend who bought the car new. He replaced the wheel when the car was nearly new and its been sitting in a box on the shelf ever since.

It is literally in factory-new condition and has never been recovered, modded, etc. That "SC" stamp, whatever it means, was there from the factory.

The imprint does not reflect a recovering. I have an 04 GT3 wheel with the same exact marking sitting on a shelf.

This wheel has strong compression and even leakdown across the board. A ppi can be performed at the buyer's expense
