For sale is my gently driven, always garaged and well cared for 2009 911 4S cab with 41K miles plus clean CarFax record. My son will be driving soon and I need to free up the 3rd garage space for his car. I am the second owner and have owned this beautiful car slightly over 2 years which was originally purchased CPO’d from P dealer and reinspected at Herb Chambers Porsche right after delivery as a reassurance (inspection report is available). The car has absolutely no issues with regular 5k oil changes by EPE in Natick.

What a weird post. This is a community, why wouldn't you share your knowledge. By posting what you posted you probably killed the sale on this site anyway...
This forum community is based on member trust, transparency and mutual respect among long standing members so Prairiedawg please feel free to share your information publicly. Doing it behind the scenes creates unnecessary atmosphere of uncertainty and doubt. I was already asked by two other RL members (via pm) and disclosed to them why our deal fell apart before you posted your comment.
I have been a RL member for over 10 years, sold my 2001 TT in 2010 on RL and have nothing but respect for this great community of proud Porsche owners.
I have been fortunate enough to drive this beautiful gently driven 4S cab for over 2 years and only changed the oil twice. The rest has been pure driving pleasure. If someone is interested in the car please let me know.
You should bring the car out to Herb Chambers Cars and Coffee in Sudbury, MA this Sunday. Good place to show the car and a few other local Porsche guys will be there.
