FS- 1996 Porsche Carrera 2
1996 993 Carrera in stunning Polar Silver metallic/Marble originally equipped w/ rare OEM phone console. Immaculate condition. All original paint. Never in an accident. Car purchased from the original owner in Arizona. All maintenance documented and current. All original books, manuals and keys.
Upgraded with Bilstein PSS9 suspension and Euro TT sway bars. 18" 996 MY02 5 spoke sport wheels w/ stock 17" cup 2 wheels available. Big Red TT brakes w/ new pads. Euro RS short shift lever and rod to improve shifting feel plus RS motor mounts. KLA front strut bar, upgraded stereo (Sony 6 CD changer, McIntosh, CDT, JL Audio), after market HIDs, clear corner lights and front protection bar.
Very fast, excellent handling, well maintained, sorted example of the last generation of air cooled Porsches. Includes all original parts plus some spares. 63k miles. $40k No disappointments.
Car is located in Hawaii. Shipping between Kauai and any west coast port runs roughly a thousand dollars by Matson. I would be willing to split that cost with any buyer on the mainland. More high resolution pictures available.

Couldn't you have at least cleaned it up before selling it? It looks really dirty on the inside and the exterior... NOT! Man your car is nice. Good luck with it's sale - I can't imagine it will be gracing your garage for much longer in that condition. What is the used market like on an island like yours for a car like this? Will you have to rely on a mainland purchaser or are there guys beating down your door to test drive it and check it out?
Sweet car.

C~
Things got derailed w/ the first buyer. Getting a PPI done today for the guy next in line.... real enthusiast and feel good if he ends up w/ the car. It looks like it will be in the LA area, soon.
Hope all is well with you.. BTW, let me know what you would like me to do w/ the SAI wrench.
Thanks

Kelly, If you're going to be around, I'd like to borrow it in the Spring. If you're not going to be able to hang out here much anymore, I'd be glad to provide a home base for its future travels.
Frankly, I hate to say good luck with this buyer; I don't really want to see you without your 993! I know it will work out for the best, you really deserve it.

Joe,
Hope that's not your daughter in that jersey...
Seriously, thanks for the kind words... my time at Rennlist has been a blast, to say the least, with great guys on the board, like yourself.
LOL... the only reason the wrench is headquartered in Hawaii is because I was the last in a long line to make use of it by Coleman's generous offer. If he's okay with it, I can send it to you now, just as long as he is aware where in the world his "Precious" is. (sorry, watched some Lord of the Rings stuff last night. )
