Default I'm parting out a 1985.5 944

If there is any thing you want or need from a 85 1/2 944, just make me an offer via email to markfbarr@ymail.com. This car has an automatic transaxle. I'm located in western PA. All body panels are straight. The head has been removed from the engine.

Thanks, Mark

Hey Mark - it might help if you posted up a bunch of pictures of the car. Lot of times folks don't think they need something till they are reminded plus is comes in handy to know what the colors and options on the car.

I've already removed 70% from the car...interior, body panels, headlight assembly, brakes, front susp. I left the engine bottom end, auto tranny in the car. Not doing that work unless someone wants either one.

BTW, Is the automatic tranny worth anything?

If you have pics of whats left it will help those of us who are broke to decide if we want the carcass to fix our own cars with. Is the dash still in it? gauges? title? wrecked or blowed up?
thanks JC

The tub is straight and the motor was running before head was removed. I purchased the car from a guy who started to restore it and then quit. The car set for two years in a garage. He only started to gut the interior when he purchased another 944. He took the head from this one for the new one. Dash is in car but not it good shape. I will take some ohotos later and post by the weekend.

Is the rear hatch carpet in decent shape? What color is it?
