Gauging interest / for sale: 16x7 / 16x8 BBS RS's
Hey all,
I have a set of BBS RS's i picked up god knows how long ago, Original plans were to refinish them and toss them on the 951. Well that has yet to happen and well I dont need these taking up my garage anymore. I still want to refinish them, however a quick sell to someone would save me the trouble.
tires are shot and not worth saving, so I will have the tires removed. Centers are white, and chipped but not horrible, and baskets could use a good polish. there is an aesthetic crack on the inside of of of the baskets I will have my aluminum welder fill. The wheel still holds 40 psi. missing one of the bbs caps but all center pieces are there. pictures are below.
Don't know the offset off of the top of my head but I know they fit 87+ 944 as i remember i needed to buy spacers to fit my 86. If your interested let me know.
These would make great track wheels, from what I read online fronts are only 11 lbs and rears are something like 13 lbs, however if anyone has more information on them please share as I could be wrong.
If I can get $800 as they are I will sell them. If not, I will get them refinished and toss them on VW vortex for quite a bit more.
Can get closer pictures when I am home this weekend for anyone who is interested.
