Car is definitely not "Very original"
Post a photo of the options sticker. It will be in the rear by the spare, or in the owners manual. That will at least tell us if it came with a CD player from the factory (I have never seen that) or if it came with the "Reno" radio like I've seen on every other Turbo S.
