Default Aluminum enclosed trailer -now $6,200

18 + 3 foot V-nose, 8 feet wide. Stored indoors in heated garage, used for 2/5 seasons pulling a 944 in it. Custom fold away tire racks designed by my German engineer father, lots of Pit Pal accessories, and E-track on the walls.
2,500 lbs empty. In great shape. Good tires, pulls straight. 6'2" interior height, yet fits inside a 9 foot garage door.
Torsion axles - nice ride.
Internal dovetail - I could load my car with the splitter at 3" of clearance with wood ramps that I would include.

Now $6,200

Did you houdini out the driver's window or use a winch to put the car in?

What kind of brakes does it have? Would be great behind my cayenne for the 996.

Yes, I Houdini out the window. I have a handle that I meant to mount on the wall to help. I can pass it on, and mount it where it works for your car. I pulled my V8 944 with my Dodge Durango in this trailer well. It's the right size/weight to manage behind a good SUV. With the ballast in, the Franken44 was about 3,100 lbs, and I would bring along 2-3 extra sets of wheels, tools, a bike, jack, E-Z up, 20-25 gallons of gas, and still stay under 7,000 lbs total.

What's the brand, model, standard features, and options? Is the ramp door heavy duty with an extension (car upgrade)? How much do these go for new? Didn't expect that 18' could fit a whole car and all that stuff. 1000 miles away but tempting.

It's a Forest River. With the options, nearly $10K new.
Torsion axles, upgraded doors side and rear with internal locks, many Pitpal accessories. I'll work on getting
It is designed as a car trailer - triple hinge ramp door, and internal dove tail.

This picture shows the room in front of my 944 (pardon the mess!)

Tire Racks (these fold flat when not in use):

The rear latches (very handy vs. the old style)
