Top in service? Hahaha. The dealer I have been using for a decade now doesn't even respond to emails or voicemails. I receive far better service at the local Volvo dealer for my other cars.

My nearest Porsche dealer works on Fords and VWs in the same physical space as 911s and Carrera GTs. The service write-up lane and parts counter are shared with all VAG brands. How can this be a “special” experience?

The shared-space VW showroom has free coffee and granola bars, so what’s the difference in dealer experience? Car dealerships are laughable businesses.

I'll consider myself fortunate then to have a great relationship with my preferred dealer and their service staff. Always gotten phenomenal service. Even call backs when I ran into an issue afterhours, like on a Sunday. Called into their service voicemail, and shortly thereafter, the service manager called me back to setup a Monday am appointment with a loaner; on a Sunday afternoon.

Just felt like they always had my back when needed. And it wasn't often, two times over the last 6 years. Never any issues with general maintenance or the mods I had them complete for me.

Hope those of you whose expectations aren't being met, find a dealer who can live up to them.

Out of curiosity, which dealer is that?

Thanks.
