Dear #003 (RJT),
#006 here. While as a PCAer, I attempt to find out-of-region events, often times I miss even big events. May we rely on you to alert the Senior Forum when on-line registration opens for the Porsche Palooza this coming November?

Thank you in advance for your efforts if you decide to let the great unwashed (#006 and perhaps some others) know.

I'll take #12 please...so glad to have a forum where the "ok Boomer" comments are not allowed!

62, retirement on the horizon, but not quite ready yet. Just sold my 6th 993 and looking for something newer. @kim9701 your car would be perfect!

Absolutely!

We have been to multiple PCA Parade's and they can be a lot of fun seeing old friends
Palooza is a whole other level (plus or minus) than a Parade clearly because there is no rules. Lots of driving events on the Northern Arkansas roads. Seriously the best roads in the country.
The car show is people's choice with no judges and zero snobbery!
Registration is usually 1 month before the event which is always the second weekend of November but it actually starts with lots of people coming in on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I guess I didn't realize that this is where my post should be. My intro to Porsche Seniors is over on the 992 page. Any way no need to post it twice just happy to have this thread to enjoy. Before we left Scottsdale I had seen that black 991.2 cab out our way. Seems to me it lived out in Carefree. We were just off Jomax and Scottsdale RD. Glad to see so many of us older P car enthusiasts. So I'll be #22

Default Porsche Seniors

May we take #014? It appears that is next available consecutive number. My wife and I are new to Porsche ownership after making it a lifelong goal to jump in once we both retired. She is 59-1/2, just retired last week. I'm the geezer; just turned 67. Got our first car in June; 2010 997.2 base Carrera before coming upon a 2012 997 GTS in November that we traded up for. Hopefully the list I will copy and paste below at needsmoregarage's suggestion, is accurate. If I screwed something up, corrections welcome. If #014 is taken, just assign the next available number to us. Thanks to rwbernfor starting a fun thread!Member List:

I could take 016. 75 and on my 51st 911 with #52 on order for September delivery. Also had 6 Cayennes, 6 Macans and a Panamara S. First Porsche was when I was in the Air Force in England in 1974. Never owned more that one at a time. 40+ year PCA member.

I'll have license number 17-the same number as when I got my driver's license.

I'm 75 and got my first Porsche last year-a C2S in a stick.

I'll take number 23. I'm 59. I bought a 992 C4 last year. Prior to that I had a 981 Cayman S and before that a 986 Boxster S.

18 please, if only. Settling in on my second 911 and third Porsche. This one seems to be a keeper. So I see I'm listed as a senior member on forums. I thought that just meant I'd been around a while, about to turn 68 so I guess I have. I do not identify as old. Still ride a unicycle and a 500 lb dirt bike with those young enough to be grandchildren . Oh, gotta go, doc just walked into my ER room.
