I've been wondering exactly the same thing these past several months. I have a low mileage 718 CS (1,400 miles) and was going to list it for sale and hunt down an RS. Not so sure now. What say you, RS owners?

Pretty sure the GT4RS is on an hourly rebuild schedule for the engine (like a cup car). Not sure on the trans.

My experience having owning 5 GT4 clubsports since 2016 is that once you get over 9k miles the transmission is on borrowed time.
Porsche motorsports have always been accomidating with warranty when it is not fault of the user.
The 2022 Clubsport im selling had a transmission oil leak at SRO st.pete grand prix this year and Porsche covered the transmission under warranty.
I currently have a 2023 GT4 Clubsport that i ran all this IMSA season with no issues and I have a 2024 GT4 Clubsport on the way for next season even though I can buy other brands.
