My experience was:
1. picked a installer based on several referrals
2. I picked the green to start with
3. A bit of a disconnect on the design. I ended up doing a lot of idea work...something I suck at.
4. Installer took my plan and finished design on paper
5. they finished the install.

I would recommend clarity on the design side of the project with who ever you pick.

I paid around $5k
