Has anyone added a Turbo to their GT4? Any kits out there?

Has anyone added a Turbo to their GT4? Any kits out there?
Please don't shoot.
I had the chance to drive the GT4 around the track recently. It hits all my major check marks...
- Very well proportioned car.
- Handles amazing.
- Reasonably priced.
- Manual.
- Looks amazing.
- Light weight and feels like a gokart.
- Fun to drive.
The only negative is power. Adding another 100-150 hp would make this car perfection all around. I still think even if the next gen GT4 has a 4.0, it will be a little under powered for me, so waiting for one won't help me much. I personally believe a factory turbo GT4 will never happen. Porsche knows they would create a car that will give the 911 a run for its money.
With that said, has anyone Turbo'd their GT4 or seen any kits out there? Searched youtube and googled, with no real luck.

Was just talking about this with a friend from Germany. I think the hot setup would be a low-boost supercharger like TPC has employed on 964s and 993s or the Ruf supercharger for the 987. A friend had the latter and loved it. And I would much rather supercharge a 9A1 engine than a M96/M97.
I'd also be curious about supercharging a GT4 over spending big dollars on intakes, TBs, exhaust, etc.

This is like asking for advice on how to add gluten to a gluten-free cookie.
The lack of a turbo is the whole point of the GT4. If you want a turbo, get a 718 Cayman S, or a new 911 C2S or GTS.
Instead of modifying your GT4’s engine to add turbo, you could just take a sledgehammer to its bodywork. That modification would probably have the same effect on its resale value.

... not reasons why I shouldn't turbo the GT4.

But seriously, I have supercharged two cars with VFE kits and both have been truly excellent drives; a Lambo Gallardo LP550-2 (still have it) and a 3.4l 996 C2. If a company like VFE did a kit for 981's I do that in a heartbeat and cancel my 991.2 GT3 order. I just love the power and torque transformation that supercharging provides. A Vortex unit on GT4 would deliver +500BHP and 450 lb/ft (from around 2-3 rpm). Space at the front of the engine and heat would be the two issues. Anyway here's hoping.

TPC makes a turbo kit for the 981, which I assume is or could be changed to be compatible with the GT4;

As others have mentioned, I also prefer a supercharger over a turbo.
The whine it produces is a negative though, and the engine bay's noise isolation is already marginal.
