this is wrong wrong wrong. The cup twos were nowhere near as fast as the RE 71s at Sebring or Homestead. Unless you’ve actually tried both back to back and monitor your timing, I would think twice before saying this again. I had a professional driver in my car who agreed with me that the Michelin‘s were the weak point.

I'm probably going to be putting a set of brand new, stickers-still-on-em 19" RE-71rs up for sale in the Marketplace next week. Manufacture dates in the 4th quarter of 2019. 245 F / 285 R. My situation changed over the last few weeks and I'm going to go with 20" wheels instead, so once I get the new hardware, I'll be selling the 19"ers.
Ping me if you'd like to get dibs on them. They're in central NJ and I'd love to NOT ship them!

If anyone wants RE71R, there is still good availability of 19" sizes. I've just received a set of 255/305's from SimpleTire with late October 2019 date codes. Discount Tire also have them with mid-2019 date codes.
Got my tires plastic wrapped and stored in sealed bags for later in the year. I hope that by the time I'll go through them, Bridgestone will fix RE71RS and make them available in the US.

I think the general consensus is that they are very good, but not quite as sticky as RE-71Rs, but the Supercar 3s might last a bit longer. The Supercar 3R is more expensive and stickier, but with a much shorter lifespan.
Try using Google's "site:" special operator. For example, the search keywords site:rennlist.com Goodyear Supercar 3 track will return pages only from Rennlist.com. It's MUCH better than Rennlist's search feature.

I just received an email from Rennlist stating I had replies to my search for Goodyear Super Car 3's. It came a few days too late. Since I couldn't find them or Bridgestone RE71's I ended up with Michelin Pilot sport 4s from Tire Rack. I should have checked Discount tire.com as Sdillion recommended above. They had both the Goodyears and RE-71R's. I might buy another set now as a back up plan.
I sell rubber to the tire and non-tire markets. I can tell you that the supply lines are extremely tight, slow and getting expensive. We are raising prices every month. If you dont't think we're headed for inflation - good luck.
TAI2 - I'm curious about your running a taller tire on the front (40 vs 35). Do you like the handling better or did that come with the car?
