Default GT4 Paint to Sample

All,

Does anyone know if there is a schedule for PTS? I have a May delivery (if I decide to keep it because I wanna crawl into a 911R rumor slot) date but I don't care how long it takes. No rush on my end

I need a non metallic blue in my life....really club blue but Porsche aint having that

An Rl'r was kind enough to forward me an email he received from PE. Melissa, states that PTS window will not open before GT4 production ends,

Sorry to share the bad news.

That's what I figured, disappointing but what can you do. I guess I'm going with GR.

Does anyone know how many PTS GT4's Porsche has actually approved and how many of those are coming to the US? My PTS has been pushed back three times...now a Feb build for an Apr delivery. I was originally in a July 15' build, then the seats embargo happened, moved to an Oct build, then PTS opened up, moved to a Nov build, and was pushed back to Feb 16' about a month ago. I am V215 Block by PAG so I know I am getting what I want sort of so I am good.

My PTS production date has been moved up and down several times. (And that is only based on when I have asked my dealer for updates. I don't bug him every day for this). At this stage, I am not too fussed about it.

Same. I don't expect to see it until spring.

Only one PTS car has been issued a VIN to date, which I take to mean only one has been built so far. I expect to see more soon but I think the numbers are going to be VERY low.

I seem to remember on another thread that this picture was processed so it's hard to tell which blue it is ... there is enough variations in cameras, lighting and your computer display that colors are rarely represented accurately on the screen anyways - you gotta see them in real life.

Thanks Mike J - or in my case I had Porsche Dealer work with a local body shop to produce paint swatches of Riviera Blue, Mexico Blue, Voodoo Blue, Sapphire Blue, and Gulf Orange. This way I was able to look at them in all light conditions next to each other.
