Everyone has an opinion, but I like the Red Wheels, and I'm considering getting them painted on my rhodium silver spyder. But you are right they definitely don't look elegant.

Nice Pics..and love the yellow bits! Did you like it without the wind deflector? Looks pretty cold there though.

It looks better without it, which makes me feel warmer . It was about 10deg C, and my shoulders got a little cold. Need to do more back-to-back tests.

The White Spyder really shows the car's shape well.

Gentlemen, nice pictures.

NA6: Cool collection. What car is at the far end? 986 Boxster?

As for the wind deflector, the mesh type isn't that helpful when ambient is cooler. I switched to plexiglass type from Suncoast Porsche (Florida). It may have helped a bit. However, this car routes more air into cabin than the S2000. I am guessing the high rear deck and the streamliner could be the issue. I have been driving in low-30s and 40s (F) ambient. I wear a full-brim hat. The neck area gets pummeled by cold air. So, in cold temperatures, this isn't as comfortable as the S2000!

Someone on Twitter posted this picture. They removed the lower lip to wrap the edges for Xpel install. I thought it was interesting how Porsche labelled that attachment part with big bold "SPYDER" letters.
