Default Considering selling my car...

Will I regret it?

I spec'd the car myself, and I figure that I'll probably be able to pick one up later on for a bit cheaper.......

What are your thoughts?

First - ask yourself why.
Then consider what you would replace it with. Here's a hint - there is nothing that even comes close until you spend almost twice as much.

if you want to sell, fine
if you want to sell then buy back to save a few buck, i dont get it
the next X months that you are not enjoying it = money & fun lost
if you NEVER buy it back, you would save a lot more money, no?

You can pick one up later....but it won't be one that you spec'd yourself. If you are even considering the option of buying another GT4 before you've even sold the one you own, then you've answered your own question.

i dont think you can get it cheaper if you factor in the tax and all the fees unless you get one that has some milege.

Not sure why you would want to give up the one with your specs for a used random spec one, how much will you save? Is that really worth it?

Only reason I'm considering selling is to acquire a 911 GTS or well spec'd 911C2S.

As life continues, not being able to drive the GT4 because there aren't enough seats will slowly eat away at me.

Saying that, I know I own a special car and this short term inconvenience will pay off in 5-6 years when I still own a special car that I won't be able to buy again at that time.

One of the comforting things is knowing that i own a low depreciating car and with a small chance it will be an appreciating asset. Making the change to a 911 possible.

Keep your GT4 last minute until you are ready to trade in.
