I just ordered this to use with my floor jack.

I had the exact same problem today on my 2018 Macan. I saw that there was no way to position the jack without scrapping the rocker panel. But, I had to get the spare on and had no choice. What I didn't realize was that I also put a nice gash in the quarter panel. Argh!

I'm going to complain to Porsche...
