Default Help diagnosing a noise

I will be blown away of someone can diagnose this, but you never know! I took my '18 Macan GTS in to have Apple carplay installed. This requires several parts to be installed, including a new stalk on the steering column. I would assume that the steering column must be disassembled in order to do this. I picked up the car after the service and when pull pack on the right paddle shifter to shift up, there is no audible click noise (normal). When I downshift with the left paddle, it makes a loud click.

I'm hoping that someone in the forum would be able to diagnose this to I can tell the dealer what needs to be fixed.

Thanks!

You could have avoided that stalk installation and just used Siri, but too late.
