Default Interior motion detector

I’ve got a 2021 GTS. It’s my understanding that these cars come equipped with an interior motion detector switch on the interior B pillar between the front and rear seat, behind the driver. I’ll be damned if I can find it! We’re some cars simply made without them, even Gen2 Macans? Take a look and let me know. Thanks!

I remember seeing the switch on one of Nick Murrays videos. I believe if you push the lock button on the remote twice it also disables the motion sensor.

Cayennes have it where you mentioned, but I don't know about Macans. Post below is correct though, that 2 quick presses of the lock button should defeat the interior motion sensor for that lock cycle. Gets reset to normal when unlocking so you have to do it every time you want the motion sensor inactive.

Under the technical specifications for the Macan on the Porsche website it does say it has interior ultrasonic surveillance

I was in for 1 year service today and was told there’s a switch above the rear view mirror near the map lights that controls the motion detector and can be set via the PCM. The other way to disarm is to click the lock button on the key fob twice in succession. I need to investigate this further.
